The campground and restrooms are very clean and our site was level. Their level of customer service was outstanding. They go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is enjoyable, whether it's delivering firewood to your site, or just checking in to make sure that everything is OK. Would definitely stay here again.

As one of the previous reviewers said, the main part of the campground is just a field. The campsites that back up to the main road have more privacy. Our campsite was fairly level. We really enjoyed the trails and the pier. We saw lots of wildlife, including a baby fox. The park is on a major bird migration path - we can't wait to go back when the birds are passing through. Camp hosts and park rangers were very friendly.

The park staff was friendly and helpful. We had a large wooded site next to the lake. The nature center is just across the lake, and is an added bonus. Can't wait to go back with the bicycles in the spring.
